Supervision Fees

MAJESTY BUILDER CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION SERVICES (MK)

• Visit the project site daily during working hours, except Sundays and National Holidays.
• Assist in providing input and considerations to the Owner/Client in selecting Subcontractors, Foremen, and Material Suppliers involved in the project construction process (if required by the Owner/Client).
• Supervise and evaluate the work of Subcontractors and Foremen to achieve good results in accordance with applicable plans and technical specifications.
• Assist the Owner/Client in organizing, directing, reprimanding, and even Dismiss the work team (subcontractors, foremen) if authorized by the Owner/Client.
• Assist in preparing the Work Implementation Time Plan (Time Schedule) as a reference for project implementation with the approval of the Owner/Client.
• Assist the Owner/Client in preparing Project Administration, including: Technical Shop Drawings, Materials, and Financial Project Progress.
• Assist in providing considerations to the Owner/Client in selecting project materials based on specifications (if needed).
• Notify any irregularities or potential problems that may arise due to discrepancies between the planning drawings and actual site conditions/the project location area where the project will be constructed.
• Represent the Owner/Client in coordinating with the project team (subcontractors, foremen, suppliers) and the planning team if there are discrepancies between the planning drawings and field conditions that could have fatal consequences.

PAYMENT STAGE

The First Party makes installment payments according to the following stages :

1. Phase I 20% : Down Payment (Work from 0% until Structural Beam & Floor Plate Work Stage 1)
   

   
2. Phase II 50% : Work up to the roofing process, wall plastering and openings have been completed
   

   
3. Phase III 25% : 100% Finishing Work
   

   
4. Phase IV 5% : When Field Progress Has Reached 100%
