Periodic Supervision
Assumption: Implementation of Field Project Construction is carried out by Contractors.
Job Description:- Make supervisory visits to the project location once a week or 4 times a month.
- Check the results of the Contractor's work, whether they are in accordance with the Design Drawings from Architect.
- Report to the Owner if any discrepancies are found between the Contractor's work results and the Design Drawings from Architect.
- Discuss and coordinate with the implementing contractor regarding existing findings.
- Assist the Contractor to coordinate with the Planner if necessary, regarding solutions to existing findings.
- Provide Reports and Documentation of the Results of Project Field Visits.
- Provide a Progress Report based on the Planner's BoQ on Project Development Weight once a month.
Recompense:- The Service Fee charged to the Client is Rp. 5 million per month.
- Transportation costs are adjusted to the distance traveled from the Project Location to the MAJESTY BUILDER Office point base at DBS Tower.

Assumption: Implementation of Field Project Development is carried out by Subcon or Foreman.
Job Description:- Make a visit to the project location every day according to working hours, except Sundays and National Holidays.
- Help provide input and considerations to the Owner / Client in selecting Sub-Consultants, Foremen, Material Suppliers who will be involved in the project development process in question (if required by the Owner / Client).
- Supervise and evaluate the work results of the Subconductor, Foreman to achieve good results according to the applicable plan drawings and technical specifications.
- Assist the Owner / Client in organizing, directing, reprimanding and even dismissing the team of workers (Subconductor, Foreman) if authorized by the Owner / Client.
- Help prepare the Work Implementation Time Plan (Time Schedule) as a reference in project implementation with the approval of the Owner / Client.
- Assist the Owner / Client in preparing Project Administration including: Technical Shop Drawing administration, Material administration and Progress Project Financial administration.
- Help provide consideration to the Owner / Client in selecting project material requirements by referring to specifications (if needed).
- Notify irregularities or possible problems that will arise due to discrepancies between the planning drawings and the conditions of the real site / project location area where the project will be built.
- Represent the Owner / Client to coordinate with the project team (subcontractor, foreman, supplier) and the planning team if there is a discrepancy between the planning drawings and field conditions which could have fatal consequences.
Recompense:- The Service Fee charged to the Client is 7.5% of the Real Cost Project

Construction Management Supervision
Assumption: Implementation of Field Project Construction is carried out by Contractors.
Job Description:- Make a visit to the project location every day according to working hours, except Sundays and National Holidays.
- Supervise the Contractor's activities in carrying out the Project Development process to achieve good quality and quality of the contractor's work in accordance with applicable technical standards.
- Oversee Project Implementation so that it complies with the agreed Time Schedule with agreed work methods in accordance with technical provisions.
- Assist the Owner / Client in the process of completing the administration of payments for project progress terms submitted by the contractor in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the contract, so that there are no overpayments.
- Organize, direct, reprimand, even dismiss the team of workers (Sub-conductor, Foreman) if authorized by the Owner / Client.
- Provide Reports and Documentation of Project development activities in the Field twice a month.
- Provide a Progress Report based on the Planner's BoQ on Project Development Weight once a month.
Recompense:- The Service Fee charged to the Client is 5% of the Estimated Project Value.
